YGE is a good trading stock but I wouldn’t own it long generally. Solar + China + bad market is too much for me. I am unfamiliar with the fundamentals however and due to its massive growth it could be a winner. I would have to do more fundamental work to gage this.
NOV has a good business, but I have many concerns. I don’t know how a change in dayrates (lower) will affect buildouts or rig demand. Also, there may be rig supply in a few years.
I am wary of all longs until the market improves. Until then, it’s a traders paradise.
