UPDATE 10:55pm:  I have now realized this stock was up because MOGN got bought out today, and people speculate that UTHR is a takeout candidate as well.

1.) DO breaking the fuck out
2.) Utilities as a sector looks overbought
3.) MRK’s 5yr appreciation <~1%, but provided they can close above 59.xx, they will have bridged a “Grand Canyon” sized cup-and-handle.
