Degenerate Long Ideasby The Fly on May 14th, 2008 at 1:14 pm |
I hate chasing stocks that have already shot up by 1,000,000%. So, I put together a short list of stocks, that may benefit from the current “Joey Bag o Dollars approach” to investing— which is, quite honestly, asinine and beyond reproach.
Here is my “platinum” watch list:
(WX: 18.28 +2.75%), (M: 19.44 -1.17%), (LOW: 24.57 +1.11%), (TGT: 51.06 +1.94%), (TSO: 16.82 -5.56%), (VLO: 34.18 -1.98%), (RIG: 131.71 +0.87%), (GLBL: 9.21 +1.32%), (MU: 4.68 -0.43%), (NVDA: 13.62 -3.27%), (RFMD: 3.66 0.00%), (PMCS: 8.13 -0.25%), (NSM: 22.12 -0.58%), (KLAC: 39.01 -0.18%), (ESLR: 9.54 -0.21%), (LDK: 46.41 -1.88%), (RIO: 27.46 +2.08%), (JNPR: 25.54 -0.47%), (EQIX: 75.31 -0.95%), (FFIV: 33.47 -0.33%), (CAVM: 18.09 -2.11%), (HLIT: 8.42 -0.36%), (GRMN: 36.04 -1.10%), (DSX: 29.33 -0.95%), (NM: 9.90 +2.59%), (EMC: 15.29 +0.72%), (STX: 16.36 +2.57%), (TKC: 16.95 -1.68%), (NIHD: 50.58 -0.84%), (PHM: 13.23 +3.60%), (CX: 20.41 -1.78%), (CLX: 58.37 -1.88%), (ETN: 71.09 -0.64%), (CTSH: 29.91 -0.03%) and (GLW: 21.34 +1.28%)

Lets get shit faced!
I love the color green.

May 14th, 2008 at 1:23 pmGRMN? Are you fucking kidding me? You hated that dirty bastard. I like TSO.

May 14th, 2008 at 1:42 pmDo you mind if I watch (from the sidelines) those go up with you?
May 14th, 2008 at 1:43 pmVLO? What about the fact that they can’t pass increased oil priced on to gasoline consumers? You must be bearish on oil or bullish on gasoline prices.
May 14th, 2008 at 1:45 pmI am not recommending any of the above names.
It is my bottom momo watch list.
May 14th, 2008 at 1:46 pmBabcock & Brown Air Ltd is a degenerate too.
May 14th, 2008 at 1:51 pmSadly I own 2 of those names listed.
SPY broke through trend line at 12:00 in the afternoon…
