Going All In, in a Very Crazy Way
Okay. After consulting with my personal weather man, I have decided to aggressively accumulate energy stocks, as if the last barrel of oil known to man was just filled.
Don’t worry. I have been buying shares of [[DIG]] and [[IEO]] with the utmost amount of quietness and sincerity, just in case you thought I was loud and insincere—God forbid.
In addition, I took some small/baby bets on Arena Resources, Inc. [[ARD]] , Ultra Petroleum Corp. [[UPL]] and even Global Industries, Ltd. [[GLBL]] .
Basically, “The Fly” has allied himself with Gustav and will “wishcast” that devil into the rigs, as if he had magical powers—which he does.
As an aside, I sold out of my [[REW]] position. Notice the trend of systematic reduction of short positions, going into the gayest time of year, late August.
At the present, for a trade, I like [[UYG]] , [[RKH]] , Southern Copper Corporation (USA) [[PCU]] , Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. [[LEH]] and all of the stunt dogged energy plays that I mentioned prior.

after my wife past away 12 yrs ago, for a period of time i let myself go. drank to much, ate to much and stopped working out. did not care about anything except work and my kids. 14 months later, ended up in hospital and getting angioplasty done. my middle son after visiting me, said to me, pop, i lost mom and i don’t want to lose you, with tears in his eyes. from that day on, after i left hospital and was able to workout, i did so. my current routine is cardio 4 days a week, 3 miles a day. and weight lifting 4 days a week at the gym. i eat 5 to six times a day to keep the metabolism going. b/p and cholesterol low and body fat under 10%. my kids tell me now that i no life, lol, because all i do is workout and work. sorry for the rant.

Whats the brainer about fitness and health? How bout starting with 8 hours of sleep. Walk minimum of 30 minutes per day 7 days per week. Buy a Treadmill. Hire a trainer for a couple of sessions per week (cheap insurance policy). Eliminate Corn Syrup…minimize sodium and simple carbs. Moderation in everything.
