This is what we have come to in the NCAA sport’s world. Rudy Giuliani’s son, Andrew, was thrown off the Duke golf team and then filed a Federal Court suit over the matter.

At least the Lacrosse players suit has a good chance of success.

I followed him a couple holes the other day in the North South at Pinehurst, he got owned 6 and 4 (Matt Savage). Saw this on youtube, take a look.. interesting comments from Andrew on the new Duke coach, I think they’re playing Pinehurst #5.

July 25th, 2008 at 10:04 pmcheesefries- I remember seeing the Golfweek video last year. I have seen Andrew hit balls on the range before at previous North-South tournaments. He rarely played college tournaments. I hope to be back at Pinehurst #2 next month for the US Amateur but my son has to qualify first. It won’t be easy as there are only two spots available at the Colonial Country Club (Memphis) where he is going. I saw the pairings sheet and there are about 10-12 who very good and that’s not including some of the foreigners I did not recognize.

On a bike. As a kid.
We would terrorize the golfers, as we sped back and forth on bikes.
My parents had property at Seabrook, but my friends had a house at Kiawah.
Sometimes, we would catch mullet with bread, and then chop their heads off and catch crabs with them.
Good times.
Good luck Cheese.
