Dear Amerocans,

Given the effect that the movie “An Inconvenient Truth” had on the green movement, and the effect the movie “Super size me” had on the fast food industry, in particular McDonald’s.

One can only assume that the movie “I.O.U.S.A” will have a similar effect. The movie format for education in the US is the most effective. However which industry/companies will be most affected ? Immediately one would think gold, and consumer spending. However, being on the short bus i am only guessing myself ? Any other ideas ?

The movie comes out tommorrow in 400 cinemas. Will the movement in gold in the coming days be a coincidence or an effect of the movie ?
