Not much to say…’twas one of those days…
Puts went up, calls went down.
NUE & ERIC shit the bed.
Did avoid losses on several puts thanks to protective stops, but overall finished about 2% down for the day…
And then AMZN blew everybody away, although futures currently are rather mellow in response.
But at least the latest $CPCI trade is going swimmingly…SPY Dec’09 109. calls are up about 20% and will be closed out tomorrow either via their trailing stop or at market close. Â No new entry for tomorrow, as the ratio dropped back down to 1.17.
On the shortlist for tomorrow are:
- Calls:
- CMG (@90.50)
- KBH (@16.50)
- ONXX (@26.)
- RIMM (@68.03)
- Puts:
- ACI (@24.)
- GOOG (@548.)
- MOS (@52.)

btw, I thought it was highly ironic that on the day Windows 7 launched, MSFT barely budged. So much for that hype.
Also, I saw more AAPL than MSFT ads on TV (the new Windows 7 John Hodgman ones are actually quite funny, once again: http://www.apple.com/getamac/ads/).
Ahhh yess, it’s *REVERSE FACEPALM* day…wherein I make back all the money I lost yesterday!
