BHI gives its first buy signal since peaking at 100.  Consistent with my VIX says Buy Post from yesterday, I am on the prowl for confirmation.  Liking the setup technically and fundamentally in the face of the prevailing negative sentiment. 

Buy signal triggered with move thru 81.25.  The stock rallied to the mid 90’s from this level just a few months ago.  It would be reasonable to expect a test of those levels giving this stock 10 points of upside from here.

Lower low in SPX, lower high in VIX.  Feels like the selling has exhausted itself.
