FINL: Breakout

I stray away from cheap stocks, mainly because I preform better with high price names, but tonight [[FINL]] popped up on numerous screens. What’s going on with this athletic retailer? Take a look at the strong close.

I’m looking for a breakout above $4.68

But they own a small bank and have traded in their treasury stock at the Fed Window for treasuries ala Fly and his MVIS holdings ….
