Just take a look at (EBAY: 11.17 0.00%), (GOOG: 259.56 0.00%), how about that (YHOO: 8.95 0.00%), let’s not even talk about (MSFT: 17.53 0.00%).
Right now I like (PCLN: 52.95 0.00%) and (CRM: 22.83 0.00%) on the short side.
Hitting resistance:
Hitting 200 day:
Im short on SOHU at the open tomorrow. I like the set up on CRM.
July 17th, 2008 at 10:54 pmRagin, i like these ideas for tomorrow. they also fundamentally make sense on a macro level.
July 17th, 2008 at 11:00 pmGo long whoever studio (TWX?) made ‘The Dark Knight’. It’s going to be the greatest movie this summer and possibly the best weekend opening of all time. It’s already setting the record for widest opening (# of theaters) ever, beating out Pirates of the Caribbean 3.
T-4 hours to the midnight opener! Yeah baby!
July 17th, 2008 at 11:06 pmThat ‘Anonymous’ would be me. Forgot to fill in the fields.
July 17th, 2008 at 11:07 pmCajun, in case you need some momo for tomorrow: RCII
Plus, gotta love the symbol
July 17th, 2008 at 11:40 pmlooks good Woody, check out CALM.
July 17th, 2008 at 11:55 pmCRM is getting pricey to borrow. My broker wanted 2.35 percent for the privilege today, noting that I am lucky to be able to borrow any shares at all. Believe me my nutria pelt wearing friend, there is nothing more that I would like to see than crm’s carcass in a bayou, being contested by gators, giant catfish and some feral pigs. if you can borrow at 69 again, it is truly a gift. The douchebags have decided to selectively enforce reg Sho to prop the banks. Even this shit will backfire. They just took a couple of hundred phantom billion out of the market, money that loved to chase momo crap like crm and pcln.
July 18th, 2008 at 1:10 amI like BIDU as a short. That bitch should die, just like GOOG.
July 18th, 2008 at 1:16 amFWLT, ACM couldn’t rally during the fiercest bear killing rally in decades. I think they roll over in a weak market.
July 18th, 2008 at 6:11 amRC, take a look at IMAX $7.50 calls for $0.50 with the stock at $7.36 and the big Batman weekend upon us. Looks cheap.
