This weekly chart of (IYT: 88.08 -0.54%), the ETF that tracks the Dow Jones Transports, looks very toppy. Specifically, the railroad tracks that have formed (Isn’t that what W. O’Neil called them?) through April, May, and June show a great deal of churning and volatility, with little progress made.

A proprietary screening system has identified 19 breakouts from a cup with handle pattern. 19 is the most breakouts this system has identified in one day since October 2006.
